Bastilla’s quest is one of the ones that’s triggered by bringing her with you in a starport and having an NPC randomly recognize her.Juhani's character quest is incredibly bugged in vanilla. The KotOR Community Patch would have fixed it, but it won't fix it retroactively, especially if you've been to that many planets.
