My advice is to pick your ammo type first then get the choke to match that. I shoot a rob Roberts 655 out of my SBE2 (same gun as the 3) with 3" magblends and average 220ish. That choke and ammo combo works very well in that gun. If you wanna shoot longbeards instead then Ive had great results with Indian creek 660 or a kicks 660.
